Overview

Product introduction:

Waste tire treatment production line is a large-scale complete set of equipment which can completely separate rubber, steel wire and fiber contained in the tire and realize 100% recycling at room temperature. The waste tire treatment production line can recycle the tires in the range of 400-3000mm diameter according to the customer's requirements, with strong applicability, the discharge size can be controlled in the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h. The production line operates at room temperature without any chemical additives and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. The production line adopts PLC control system, easy operation and maintenance, low energy consumption, long service life and other characteristics.

Features of the production line:

1. Directly put the whole tire without the need of pre-breaking and steel ring drawing.

2. From the whole tire to 1-7mm particles, the whole process of production and packaging is completed without secondary transportation.

3. The maximum processing capacity is 5000kg/h, and only 7 people can complete all on-site operations.

4. Equipment model is configured according to the production demand of customers, with a wide selection range from 200kg/h to 10000kg/h.

5. Fully combined two-layer structure makes installation, replacement, repair and maintenance more convenient and safer.

6. Seamless connection, whole-process monitoring of dust and smoke.

7. Stick to the single machine 80-100 hours before delivery to ensure stable performance.

8.CE certification, unified standards and focus on process.

Main equipment:

Equipment may include:

1. Automatic wire drawing machine: remove tire rims.

2. Conveying equipment: conveyor belt, screw conveyor and air pressure transmission system.

3. Shredder: tear the tire into film (50mm-150mm).

4. Steel wire separator: rubber and steel wire are separated and processed into colloidal particles (10mm-20mm).

5. Magnetic separator: separate steel wire from rubber wire mixture.

6. Crusher: crush the colloidal particles to a smaller size (1mm-7mm).

7. Vibrating screen: separate rubber particles of different sizes, and send the oversized particles back to the grinder for secondary crushing.

8. Fiber separator: remove foreign matter and fiber.

9. Secondary magnetic separator: remove the remaining fine steel wire.

10. Mill: grind the particles into powder (30-100 mesh).

11. Automatic bagging system: load finished products into storage bags or packaging bags.
