Overview

Working principle:

Scrap steel shredder blade is made of high strength alloy steel, with strong wear resistance and high strength and other characteristics, between the shaft differential operation, tearing, extrusion, occlusion and other functions, professional design for broken metal, with uniform discharge, large output, small noise and other advantages.


Product features:

1. The scrap shredder has low speed, high torque, low noise and other characteristics, using PLC control system, can be automatically controlled, with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control function.

2. Motor + reducer drives the cutter shaft to achieve the shearing effect of low speed and high torque.

3. The bearing is sealed six times, effectively waterproof and dustproof, and extends the service life of the bearing.

4. After tool wear, the tool welding repair technology is adopted to realize repeated use of the tool, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the tool.

5. Split-type box design, the whole cutter shaft (shaft, blade, bearing, sealing system) can be easily and quickly removed.

6. The cutter is arranged in spiral line to realize efficient cutting.
